The grain on mine has a lovely warm golden stripe running through it that really stands out against the darker teak. It's lightweight but feels solid in the hand, and I love that no two spoons are exactly the same. Hand washing is a small price to pay for something this unique.

The marbling on these is gorgeous — each spoon has its own swirl of brown and gold, so they look handmade, not stamped out. They're sturdy enough to scrape the bottom of a pot without flexing, and a quick hand wash keeps them looking new.

I've been cooking with these every night and the teak feels sturdy without being heavy in the hand. Gave them a quick hand wash and they dried fine, just don't toss them in the dishwasher. Each spoon has its own grain pattern, which is a nice touch.
