Description
This eco-friendly journal by Palka was handcrafted by artisans in Indonesia, made from recycled paper waste and natural materials such as straw, leaves, onion peels and banana stems. The pages are hand stitched and the journal is finished with a unique dried flower detailing by Herbaria, each beautifully one of a kind.

Steven S. ★★★★★

The recycled paper has a lovely, uneven texture that feels handmade and special. I’m using it to press my own flowers between the pages, and the weight is perfect for fountain pen ink without bleeding through.

Brian ★★★★★

I love that the pages have a subtle texture from the recycled straw and leaves—it makes writing feel more intentional. The banana stem fibers add a nice durability you don’t see in most journals.

Amelia R. ★★★★★

The pressed flowers on the cover are so delicate and unique, each one catching the light differently. I love that it’s made from recycled materials like banana stems and onion peels—it feels special and sustainable.
